She holds a PhD in Food Studies from New York University, is the editor of Edna Lewis: At The Table With An American Original and the coauthor of The Phoenicia Diner Cookbook. Her latest book, The Editor: How Publishing Legend Judith Jones Shaped Culture in America is gaining national acclaim.
