Riparian Restoration

Helping Natives Thrive. Katheryn Hill knows that when habitat around local waterways – riparian areas – are restored, native animals return to take advantage of the natural connections these corridors provide. So as part of Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority, she works with staff and volunteers to return native plants to ecologically sensitive spaces within the Coyote Valley watershed. Watch them improve the environment one native plant at a time.

Made possible by a generous Safe, Clean Water and Natural Flood Protection grant from Valley Water (https://www.valleywater.org/learning-center/grants-partnerships).
