Love gave me lemons. Well, actually, somebody I love gave me a bag of Meyer lemons and I didn't know what to do with them. So, I posted a picture of them on all social media platforms that I like to visit. And you cannot imagine the amount of ideas, responses, and expressions of sheer madness and joy I got back from people.
Make lemon curd, preserve them in a Moroccan style, do this, do do that, do everything. So, what did I do? I juiced them, I put them in a half sheet pan, and I slipped it in the freezer. And the next day, I took a fork, and I scratch, scratch, scratched, and made granita and put it in a tall glass between thin layers of vanilla ice cream. Savoring Sonoma, I'm Clark Wolf for KRCB.
