The Ranch Fire in Mendocino County threatened several properties at the top of Pine Avenue in Potter Valley, including Heartrock Mountain Farm, a cannabis operation near the Mendocino National Forest. Reporter Sarah Reith met up with cultivator Daniel Morford and a couple of friends who helped fight off the fire. Residents expressed concern about rebuilding lost businesses at a recent fire recovery community workshop hosted by Sonoma County. KRCB reporter Adia White has more on how the county plans to help businesses and individuals recover financially.
