Californian Provenance: Bookseller Ben Kinmont

Antiquarian bookseller Ben Kinmont specializes in 15th to 19th century books about food and wine. During a tour of his Sebastopol shop, Mr. Kinmont displays and discusses a few choice items in his inventory: a second edition of the first cookbook ever printed (over 500 years ago in Italy), and a copy of the first cookbook to feature Californian recipes.  (Director-Producer: Joshua Dylan Mellars)
