Make Your Voice Count! Community Meeting Sept. 9, 7:00 pm

thumbnail 50246AF4 DE00 4A13 8A53 AF26B6A628CCIn cooperation with Community Action Partnership, Sonoma County; the League of Women Voters, Sonoma County; and Los Cien; Northern California Public Media is helping lead a virtual Town Hall on Wednesday, September 9 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm for voters to let candidates for Santa Rosa City Council District One know what issues and concerns voters want addressed.
 
We have invited Eddie Alvarez, Duane De Witt, Jorge Inocencio and Elizabeth Valente to attend the meeting, but they will have their microphones muted. The idea is simply to listen. Later, the League of Women Voters will invite the same candidates to a debate, and they will have a chance to answer the questions that arise during this event.
 
The virtual Town Hall will be viewable on Facebook Live at the Community Action Partnership Facebook page, as well as the Facebook pages of NorCal Public Media, League of Women Voters and Los Cien.
