The annual Point-in-Time homeless count was set to happen this week, but because of the health emergency on the Joe Rodota Trail, where more than 200 people are sleeping, the count has been delayed by a month.KRCB's Adia White spoke with county homelessness official Michael Gause, about the delay, and what the county seeks to learn from the census of homeless people.
