Sonoma County has settled a lawsuit brought by the family of Andy Lopez, who was shot in 2013 by sheriff's deputy Erick Gelhaus. The 13-year-old was carrying a toy gun missing the tip that would have marked it as a toy.
Here's a video released by Sheriff Rob Giordano today after the $3 million settlement.
