Forward-looking enthusiasts have booked up most of the hotel rooms and campsites  in the eclipse’s path. Reporter Steve Mencher talked with a local expert about what you’ll see if you’re staying home.

The planetarium at Santa Rosa Junior College has added two extra shows to its eclipse program. Get the low down on eclipses at 7 pm August 15, 16 or 19.

Come see the eclipse at Courthouse Square in Santa Rosa, with a viewing party sponsored by the Robert Ferguson Oberservatory.
