Nagasawa became a prosperous businessman as well as a recognized wine authority in his day. But Eric Stanley, who curated the current exhibit for the History Museum of Sonoma County, says  laws restricting Asian immigrants from bequeathing their assets to kinfolk ultimately decimated his estate.

The Opening Reception for the Journey to Fountaingrove exhibit will be held at the History Museum of Sonoma on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 8, from 4-6 pm.
