The WinterBlast gets going around dusk on Saturday—official hours are 5 to 9 pm—and because parking is limited in that neighborhood, especially with A Street closed, there will be shuttles for visitors, running from the nearby Santa Rosa City Hall parking lot. It is hosted and sponsored by SOFA, the South of A Street Arts District. You can find further details about the event on the SOFA Facebook page.
