Alice will demonstrate how to select the right ingredients for different cookie recipes and show simple techniques that will make your baking adventures more successful than ever. The following recipes will be featured: Ultra Thin Chocolate Chunk Cookies Salted Peanut Toffee Cookies Chocolate Wedding Cakes with Cardamom Sugar (a brand new unpublished recipe!) All participants will sample each recipe and go home with a copy of Alice’s new book, Holiday Cookies and a 10% discount card for purchases made in the SHED retail store the day of the class, perfect for stocking up on ingredients, supplies, and more of Alice’s books!
