An easy way to estimate your mercury exposure from eating fish is to check out the free online mercury calculator at www.gotmercury.org. Based on the current U.S. EPA and FDA guidelines, the mercury calculator is an excellent way to know your potential mercury exposure risk. You can also use the free mobile mercury calculator for cell phone browsers
at www.gotmercury.mobi

Beware of Jane Hightower

Seriously, my daughter was seen by Dr. Hightower in the early stages of her pregnancy last year. I went with her. This physician is off the charts weird. The only thing missing was a shaman and a drum circle. DO. NOT. WANT.

She told my daughter not to eat any fish at all, no matter what. That's not very responsible advice, in my opinion. I think Hightower is cultivating a cult of personality, not a medical practice. - Frances

Nice "balanced" reporting. You guys are in the tank fofr Jane Hightower. There's plenty of online stuff responding to her nonsense, but you only link to material trashing her opponents. - Carlito
