Check out "Roots" this afternoon, May 7th. We're Celebrating Some birthdays, Pete Seeger was 92 on tuesday, Jimmie Dale Gilmore turned 66 on Friday and so did Rocker, Bob Seger. We'll have 3 special Guests on roots, Starting with Celia Ramsey. We'll be playing her new CD "Songs of My Father" a Wonderful look at lyrical Scottish Music. Next, Chuck Pyle will be in to play a tune or two and preview his appearance at th Santa Rosa House Concerts Tonight. Of Course, Sunday is Mother's Day and we'll be graced with a visit by Melissa Phillippe, Excellent local Song Writer and Singer who'll be sharing her song "A Mother's Love" live with us in the Studio. As always, We'll be playing lots of folk and Acoustic Music, and tune in as well for some special news about our "91 Favorite Folk Songs" and our "Roots internet video debut" next Saturday, May 14th.
