Toby Gleason - Week 4 KRCB-FM listeners may be familiar with Toby as a former host of our afternoon drive-time NPR News shift, but he's also a well-known music authority and researcher, former assistant editor of Rolling Stone Magazine and manages his father, the last jazz critic and television producer Ralph J. Gleason's collected works as President of Jazz Casual Productions, Inc. He is also the radio and television commercial voice of See's Candies. Toby brings his considerable knowledge and his personal memories of jazz music from the '40s through the '70s to new jazz releases. |
