How can I get the monthly program listings only without printing all 32 pages of "Open Air"? When "Open Air" arrived in the mail, which I prefer, it was no problem.

Thank you for your interest in KRCB and our programming. Our IT person suggests that you download the file and when you print, select just the pages for the program listings. Printing the page range of 16-17 will give the radio listings, and printing pages 21-29 will give the television listings.

We are considering adding a second file that would have just the program listings to make it easier for our viewers to print just the listings. Keep your eye out for that addition.

I'd like to add an event to the  KRCB Community Calendar on your web site.

I believe I successfully submitted the venue, but it has not been added to the venue list.

Will I receive a message when the venue has been added to the calendar system?

Thank you for contacting KRCB. When you submit an event for the community calendar it needs to be approved before it goes live. This process usually takes about 24 hours. We do not have a mechanism set up to alert a poster when the event goes live. I'll pass that along as a suggestion to our IT people.

Please don't end World Focus. It is one of the very best news programs. BBC is the only other source of world news and even that program is mostly focused on the US. Americans need more world news to make us aware of other countries and peoples, not less. Thank you.

The decision to end World Focus is not ours. It is a decision made by the producers. They made an announcement during their Monday, March 8, 2010 broadcast about their decision. It was announced to our programming director here at KRCB only a few days earlier that they have been unable to obtain the funding they need to keep the program in production due to the economies of the times. If they can find the funding, they will continue it, but it is purely a financial decision at this time. We here at KRCB have no say in whether it continues or not. Thank you for your interest in KRCB and our programming. Part 1 of Masterpiece Classic: Emma was aired Sunday, February 28 at 9 pm. Because we are going into our spring pledge fundraising beginning Friday, March 5 and running through Sunday, March 21, both Parts 2 and 3 of Masterpiece Classic: Emma have been scheduled to air Sunday, March 28 at 9:30 and 10:30 respectively. I hope you are able to enjoy them on that date.
