Important Information for Awardees
Recipients of Community Event Funds will be asked to provide a one-paragraph summary of their project or event within ten days of its conclusion or by April 10th, whichever is sooner. The summary should include: a quick description of the event/project, the number of adults who participated, the number of youth who participated; photographs and other artifacts for our “scrapbook” are appreciated. Funds will be dispersed after the summary report of the project is submitted.
