 nnual event that brings together local\, national and international expert
 s to discuss Latino health issues. The annual CEU event is organized by re
 sidents and faculty members of the Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency pr
 ogram\, representatives of local hospitals and members of other community-
 based organizations.\nThe Latino Health Forum will feature keynote speaker
 s Carmela Castellano-Garcia and Dr. Robert Lustig. There will be morning a
 nd afternoon breakout sessions that present innovative health care models 
 and provide participants with tools and resources to inspire\, heighten aw
 areness\, and encourage a call to action around community responsibility f
 or the health of Sonoma County residents. There are a limited number of ex
