University of California Cooperative Extension Marin California’s rangelands are important in the provision of food and fiber. Of equal importance are the ways in which these lands regulate our climate, contribute to cultural heritage, and are sources of clean water and other supporting services. The combined package of benefits is now referred to as Ecosystem Goods and Services. Please join us for a one-day conference that will define and share the current efforts to understand and manage these multiple services. Through a series of speakers, panels, and discussions we will share the current state of knowledge about these services and the ways in which land managers are shepherding them to mutual benefit of surrounding communities.
