WHAT:  "Pop Art"

Marin Arts presents "Pop Art," an exhibit featuring a variety of pop art in various mediums inspired by pop-culture and popular music.

The exhibit features paintings; photography; fashions created from recyclable materials; artworks created by TeamWorks teachers and students; and the "Zero Breast Cancer Hat Collection" - a collection of hats created by the Plexus Arts Group, which have just returned from New York City where they were featured in a breast cancer HBO documentary.

WHEN:       June 10  to July 15, 2011

Open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays.

RECEPTION: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 10

The public is invited to this free artists' reception, also part of the June "Second Friday Artwalk" event.
